Guide to non-traditional resources in the Caribbean
A major goal of the Medium Term Plan is to increase the supply and effectiveness of external resources for supporting program and projects. In order to do this, relations with international and bilateral funding agencies has been intensified. Reference is made to the fact that many small island states in the Caribbean need to identify and obtain support from small non-traditional donors. Information on each selected organization or agency is organized in this document to facilitate its use. A list of agencies contacted are included in this guide at Annex 1.
