Strengthening communications systems for agricultural development in the Caribbean
The project seeks to address the specific problem of the deficiency in the agricultural communication systems in the Caribbean. The objectives are to improve the quality of life for rural populations in the Caribbean through a process of reactivation and modernization of agriculture and rural industries, and to support the process of reactivation and modernization of agriculture in the Caribbean by deeping public awareness of the importance of agriculture in national economic development and rural welfare.
