A brief reflection on the functions of an administrator is presented, developing the appropriate policies and regulations to work, recognizing the importance of the administrator making his policies and regulations knowing the changing circumstances within the development of the group, identifying the personnel and their duties, it also recognizes valid exceptions when a need arises.
