CARDATS evaluation report. Small farmers project, Grenada
The CARDATS Project worked at three different levels: Regional, by providing technical assistance through its resource personnel to regional institutions, National, by providing technical assistance through its resource personnel to the National institutions and Farm level, by initiating small farmers' development programmes in selected target areas. CARDATS' approach to small farmers' development can be best described as a package approach since it tries to deal with all the different aspects of farming, such as farm financing, farm recording, extension work and marketing. This report is an attempt to summarize and analyse the CARDATS small farmers programme.
