Welcome to UNEA 5.2. Dear Friends and Colleagues, Welcome to the resumed session of the fifth United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA 5.2) and the Special Session of the UN Environment Assembly celebrating the 50th anniversary of the UN Environment Programme (UNEP@50). During the meeting of the Open-ended Committee of Permanent Representatives (OECPR) last week, Major Groups and other stakeholders were actively following the negotiation, delivering statements from various Major Groups and organizing a number of meetings and events in the Green Room.
