CHICK QUALITY, PHYSICAL FORM AND NUTRIENT CONTENT OF FEED EFFECTS ON ASCITIS INCIDENCE IN BROILER CHICKENS

An experiment was conducted to study the effect of the quality of chicks (1st and 2nd), the physical form of feed (mash and pelleted) and the nutrient content (normal and modified) on ascites mortality.
