Celebration of the Modern Steel Drum
Pannists Andy Narell and Ken "Professor" Philmore are schedule to be a part of West Virginia University's steelband workshop 1996. The workshop will feature the unveiling of a new instrument by Narell and veteran Invaders tuner, Ellie Mannette at Morgantown in West Virginia, US.
