This program highlights a charge of racism by a former IMF employee, and examines the reasons put forward for such a charge. It also features a recent decision by a British judge to uphold an order to freeze the British assets of former Haitian President Jean-Claude Duvalier as part of embezzlement proceedings brought against him by Haiti and France. The prospects of the success of Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee in the Europoean gourmet coffee market are explored, and the controversy surrounding the hosting of an assembly of Nicaraguan contra leaders by the Dominican Republic is showcased.
