To participate in the SSATP business meeting and to present the position paper on the future of SSATP programme
The objective of the mission was to participate in the SSATP business meeting in order to contribute to the preparation of the position paper on the future of SSATP programme and to anchor the EGA as real partner in the implementation of the programme. Major outcome of the Brussels meeting was the consensus on the necessity of coordinating SSATP and UNTACDA II and it was decided that the EU, ECA and the World Bank together, prepare proposal on the future of SSATP programme to be submitted to the donors for consideration. In this regard, draft proposal was prepared by the World Bank and circulated to EU and ECA for contribution.
