Bananes

Si les volumes de bananes desserts commercialisés continuent de croître à un rythme soutenu, la filière continue à détruire de la valeur ajoutée. Depuis une décennie, ce sont les aléas climatiques qui règlent l'équilibre entre offre et demande. Pourtant, pour 2017, faute de catastrophe majeure au quatrième trimestre 2016, le potentiel semble être à un niveau jamais atteint. Heureusement, l'Europe continue mois après mois d'absorber toujours plus de bananes. Mais ce n'est plus le cas des États-Unis, de la Russie ou encore du Japon.
