Using factorial ecology to improve entomological surveillance systems : [Part A - Oral presentations]

The monitoring of insect populations is a particular type of surveillance system leading to huge datasets, because of high diversity and abundance. The optimal scale of the system (trapping density) is particularly difficult to determine. We illustrate how factorial ecology can help optimizing the entomological surveillance systems.
