CATHEDRAL MOUNDS GOOD IN SMALL DOSES

If the mounds are broken up, or eroded, they certainly reduce aeriation and water infiltration in the surrounding soil. But if they are applied in a small quantity as fertilizer, they definitely increase the aeriation and water retention of the soil.'
