Whole-genome shotgun sequencing of Rhodococcus erythropolis strain p27, a highly radiation-resistant actinomycete from Antarctica.

This paper reports the project of sequencing the genome of Rhodococcus erythropolis strain P27 radiation resistant, isolated from leaves of Deschampsia antarctica Std. (Poaceae) in the area of Admiralty Bay, Antarctica.
