Divergência genética entre linhagens e variedades de feijão-caupi em Rio Branco, Acre.
Este trabalho objetivou avaliar a divergência genética entre linhagens e variedades de feijão-caupi no ecossistema de Rio Branco, Acre. O experimento foi conduzido no esquema de blocos ao acaso com quatro repetições e 14 tratamentos no campo da Embrapa Acre, em Rio Branco, AC. Foram avaliados nove caracteres quantitativos e após a análise de variância, utilizou-se a média dos genótipos para estimar a dissimilaridade por meio da distância generalizada de Mahalanobis. Observa-se a formação de dois grupos, um formado pelos genótipos de 1 a 13 e outro, formado pelo genótipo 14. Assim, conclui-se que existe variabilidade e a característica peso de 100 sementes contribuiu com quase toda divergência entre os genótipos. This work aimed to evaluate the genetic divergence between strains and varieties of cowpea in the Rio Branco, Acre ecosystem. The experiment was conducted in a randomized block design with four replications and 14 treatments at the Embrapa Acre field in Rio Branco, Acre State. Nine quantitative traits were evaluated and after the analysis of variance, the genotypes were used to estimate the dissimilarity through the generalized Mahalanobis distance. It is observed the formation of two groups, one formed by genotypes from 1 to 13 and the other, formed by genotype 14. Thus, it is concluded that there is variability and the characteristic weight of 100 seeds contributed with almost all divergence between genotypes.
