Campylobacter jejuni subsp. jejuni strain:RM3196 | isolate:Capetown strain 233.94 Genome sequencing and assembly

The food-borne pathogen Campylobacter jejuni subsp. jejuni (Cjj) is a leading cause of human acute gastroenteritis and also the most important antecedent for Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS). We have determined the genome sequences of Cjj strains representing Penner serotype HS:41 that resulted in either enteritis or GBS.
