NIRS Database for Biophysical & Functional Properties of Gari at IITA, Nigeria

Fresh cassava roots were processed to Gari using laboratory scale method. The spectra data of the Gari samples were collected in duplicate and functional parameters were analyzed using <a href="https://doi.org/10.18167/agritrop/00674">standard methods of analysis</a>.
