En la resolución emitida "se advierte a la señora Axhia Judit Manzanares Ruizsu deber de integrarse a un grupo de estilos de vida saludable sobrevivientes de abuso sexual que imparte la Oficina de la Mujer en la Municipalidad de Alajuela o un grupo afín de su comunidad, debiendo rendir informes de avance periódicamente a esta oficina."
