Cigarras associadas ao cafeeiro, 2: Género Fidicina Amyot & Serville, 1843 (Homoptera, Cicadidae, Cicadinae)
Fidicina mannifera (Fabricius, 1803) and F. pullata (Berg, 1879) have been cited in the literature as associated with coffee trees. Our records show that F. pronoe (Walker, 1850) is the only species of the genus associated with coffee, although F. mannifera is common elsewhere. We characterize F. mannifera and F. pronoe.
