Lomé IV and the EU perspectives

This document was subsequently approved and we have recently submitted a draft negotiating mandate to the Council, which is expected to be approved in its final form before the end of the current UK Presidency of the EU, i.e. by june 30 th. While the draft mandate must remain an internal document, so long as it is under consideration
