La globalización de la inseguridad
The globalization has provoked a new change in the security concept. In the 21st century, the threats not only can define like national ones, but also international ones. Terrorism and organized crime are phenomena that require new answers. The organized crime summarizes a great diversity of law breakings –illegal immigration, sexual trafficking, labor exploitation, illegal arms trade and laundering of money–, in order to resolute them, we must elaborate new nationals and supranational strategies.
