The formulation of public policies for rural youth in Brazil and the constituent elements of social process
The construction of the research problem occurred in trying to investigate the configuration of public policies for the rural youth and how this political agenda was introduced in the State of the Brazil. The main issue in the research is how the process of configuration of public policies for rural youth in federal government has occurred. The methodology for this study used was qualitative research procedures were triggered participant observation, interviews and documentary analysis. During the research the actors, the formulated policies and rural youth category expressed during this process were highlighted.

A construção desse problema de pesquisa ocorreu de forma a investigar a configuração de políticas públicas para a juventude rural e como está ocorrendo í inserção dessa agenda política do Estado no Brasil. A questão central colocada para a pesquisa é: como ocorreu o processo de configuração das políticas públicas para a juventude rural no ãmbito do governo federal? A metodologia acionada para esse estudo é qualitativa e os procedimentos de pesquisa adotados foram í observação participante, entrevistas e análise documental. Ao longo da pesquisa foram evidenciados os atores, as políticas formuladas e de que forma a categoria juventude rural foi expressa ao longo desse processo.
