The idea of a CARICOM commissioner is once again on the regional agenda. St. Lucian cabinet minister, George Mallet comments (10:02-11:31) 6. The annual report of the Inter-American Development Bank published the figures of Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica and Guyana loans over the last year.
