Se evaluaron tres portainjertos clónales tolerantes a Phytophthora cinnamomi R, injertados con los cvs Hass y Fuerte obtenidos de la fundación Salvador Sánchez Colín en Coatepec Harinas.. El material vegetal se propagó vegetativamente mediante la técnica de Frolich y Platt modificada. El experimento se estableció en enero 2017 en el Vivero Cazones, Cazones, Veracruz, en malla sombra. Se evaluaron tres portainjertos y dos cultivares con diseño experimental factorial 3x2 y seis repeticiones. A los siete meses, se evaluaron variables agronómicas, fisiológicas y morfo-anatómicas. El análisis de varianza mostró diferencias altamente significativas para número de hojas y diferencias significativas en número de brotes y área foliar. Para las variables fisiológicas, no hubo diferencias significativas en todas las variables; mientras que, para las variables morfo-anatómicas todas resultaron altamente significativas. En cortes de hoja el cv Hass injertado con Martín Grande presentó 254.20 estomas/mm2, mientras que injertado con Thomas fue 367 estomas/mm2, e injertado con Duke 7 obtuvo 329.6 estomas/mm2, el cv Fuerte injertado con Martín Grande fue de 263.40 estomas/mm2, con Thomas de 275.8 estomas/mm2 e injertado con Duke 7 de 313 estomas/mm2 y el tipo de estoma que presentaron fue arriñonado. _______________ CARACTERIZACIÓN DE HOJA Y TALLO DE AGUACATES Hass Y Fuerte INJERTADOS EN PORTAINJEROS TOLERANTES A Phytophthora cinnamomi R. ABSTRACT: Three clonal rootstocks tolerant to Phytophthora cinnamomi R, grafted with the Hass and Fuerte cvs., were evaluated. These were obtained from the Salvador Sánchez Colín foundation in Coatepec Harinas, México. The vegetal material was propagated vegetatively by means of the technique of Frolich and Platt modified. The experiment was established in January 2017 at Vivero Cazones, Cazones, Veracruz, in shade mesh. Three rootstocks and two cultivars with experimental 3x2 factorial design and six replications were evaluated. At seven months, agronomic, physiological and morpho-anatomical variables were evaluated. The analysis of variance showed highly significant differences for number of leaves and significant differences in number of shoots and leaf area. For the physiological variables, there were no significant differences in all the variables; while, for the morpho-anatomical variables, all were highly significant.
