Carrageenan and bio-chemical components of Hypnea cornuta in the inshore water of St. Martin's Island, Bangladesh
At present species of Hypnea are only the exportable seaweeds in Bangladesh. They are widely distributed around St. Martin Island and have already been successfully cultivated in this area holding bright prospect for mass production.
