Physico-chemical, metabolic and sensory characteristics of Brazilian tropical wines.
Research are been developed to determine the effects of climate conditions, according to the harvest date, the soils, rootstocks, cultiva, clones, irrigation strategies, nutrition, winemaking process, on grape and wine quality.
