BarSeq quantification of Dickeya transposon mutant fitness in potato stem
We tested barcoded transposon insertion libraries of the bacterial plant pathogens Dickeya dadantii 3937 and D. dianthicola ME23 in potato stems. These strains are capable of causing soft rot in potato. See PMID: 25968644 for plasmid reference, and TnSeq / BarSeq protocols.
