Solos do município de Aurelino Leal
The mapping of the soils of the municipality of Aurelino Leal is part of the plan of the Geociences Section of CEPLAC which intends to map the soils of the municipalities of the Cacao Region of Bahia. The map of SUDENE in the scale of 1:100,000 and vertical aerial photographs of a scale of 1:108,000 were used. Five soil profiles and eight other samples were taken during the field work for physical, chemical and mineralogical characterization of the mapped soils. Analytical results of similar profiles previous analyzed for the municipally of Urucuca were listed 43 530 hectares of oils were mapped hich were listed according to the Brazilian and American clasification of soils.
