Report on the medium term plant 1987-1993
The medium term plan (MTP) is an instrument through which the countries demands ans needs for technical cooperation are coordinated with the long-term objectives of the institute. As much, it should be reviewed periodically and update to ensure that it matches the organizational and institutional conditions of the institute, in light of worldwide and regional developments.
